What kind of medical training do we have?
At Stone and Steel Outdoors, we take risk management seriously. One of the ways we demonstrate this commitment is by staying up to date and exceeding state requirements for safety certifications. Eri is certified as a Wilderness First Responder, while Max holds a Wilderness First Aid certification.
What is the refund policy?
At Stone and Steel Outdoors, we strive to provide exceptional outdoor experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible while maintaining the integrity of our programs.
Customer Cancellations:
More than 14 days before the scheduled event: Full refund or prenatal option to reschedule.
7-14 days before the event: 50% refund or prenatal option to reschedule.
Less than 7 days before the event: No refund, but we may offer credit toward a future program at our discretion.
Cancellations by Stone and Steel Outdoors:
If we must cancel an event due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Non-Refundable Situations
No-shows or late arrivals that result in missing the event.
Dismissal from a program due to violation of safety rules or disruptive behavior.

Failure to bring required gear or meet eligibility requirements stated in the event description.
Personal scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes that prevent participation.
Inclement weather that does not pose a safety risk (e.g., light rain, moderate cold, or windy conditions).

Illness or injury occurring after the cancellation window has passed (we may offer credit in some cases).
Travel disruptions, including flight cancellations or road closures, that prevent attendance.
